What is your return policy for training equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Gear must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, some personal items like hand grips and weight belts cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for apparel and small accessories typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like rowers or barbells, delivery can take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your account dashboard on our site.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our hardware, including barbells and rigs, comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Apparel and footwear are covered by a 90-day warranty.
